Set featured Ambrose on sax. Joey said Free Palestine during 2.02 Killer Year. Extinction featured Joey on guitar. The Grim Reaper contained nearly all the lyrics of Torture Chamber, "Black Market Bargain" lyrics, Intergalactic and Sabotage (Beastie Boys) quotes, and Rollin' (Limp Bizkit) quotes. Flamethrower (Outro) was on the printed setlist between Butterfly 3000 and The Grim Reaper but was not played.
