Gilgamesh contained the Gila Monster quotes from the extended mix. Swan Song contained In Da Club (50 Cent) quotes, the Dragon quotes from the extended mix and a quote of That's the Way (I Like It) (KC and the Sunshine Band). Extinction contained an Incredible (M Beat) quote, a Shanghai tease, and the Flamethrower quotes from the extended mix. Shanghai was also teased directly following the end of Extinction. Intrasport contained a Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now) (C+C Music Factory) quote. Shanghai and The Grim Reaper were on the setlist, before and after Intrasport respectively, but were not played.
