Gaia featured a short drum solo by Cavs. Following the conclusion of Gaia Cookie quoted In the Jailhouse Now (Jimmie Rodgers) with lyrics changed to "in the big house now." 1 Thing (Amerie) was quoted before This Thing. Ambrose was given a police cap during Field of Vision which he wore for the rest of the song and engaged in police related antics with band photographer Maclay Heriot. Sad Pilot contained an Antarctica tease, teases of Head On/Pill and Hot Water, and a tease of The River. Gamma Knife contained Motor Spirit teases. Before Work This Time Ambrose quoted Work It (Missy Elliott). Shanghai contained Grow Wings and Fly teases and Slow Jam 1 quotes. Slow Jam 1 was performed in an alternate synth version for the first time and featured Ambrose on saxophone. Swan Song was unfinished, contained Slow Jam 1 quotes and Shanghai teases and was followed by a My Generation (Limp Bizkit) tease by Cavs. Head On/Pill featured Ambrose playing "slide harmonica" on Stu's guitar and Lewis Stiles of King Stingray drumming with Cavs, and contained Sea of Trees quotes.
